Adebayo Chike Odurinde is a product designer, researcher, developer, mentor, and speaker with six years of experience designing and shipping digital products across fintech, enterprise, education, and marketplace environments.

His work focuses particularly on complex systems where compliance, multiple user roles, edge cases, and operational constraints shape the product experience.

Chike’s approach is grounded in human-centered research and systems thinking. Rather than beginning with interface design, he works to understand the underlying business, users, workflows, and constraints that define a product before determining how those systems should be represented visually.

His process moves through discovery, problem definition, system mapping and design, user validation, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on testing ideas early enough for research findings to meaningfully influence the final product.

His selected work includes product and research projects for CrossBorda, Gidaly, VigiLearn, and Venture Garden Group, spanning payment and KYC systems, property marketplace research, enterprise assessment platforms, and large-scale information architecture.

Beyond product work, Chike has trained more than 1,000 designers through Women Techsters and Garden Academy and mentors designers through ADPList, where he was ranked among the Top 50 UX Research Mentors globally in Q1 2026.

At SILT, Chike leads human-centered and qualitative research across the institute’s work, helping ensure that intelligent learning systems are evaluated not only for technical performance but for how learners and educators actually understand, experience, and use them.

At SILT, Chike leads human-centered research across learner and educator experiences. He supports qualitative study design, contextual inquiry, interviews, usability evaluation, research synthesis, and the translation of behavioural insights into product and system decisions.
