Flowst & Pebbles

From inquiry into everyday learning.

Two complementary pathways for exploring our research: one through learning technology, the other through experiences beyond the screen.

Applications in development. Their inclusion does not imply proven learning outcomes or a publicly available service.

Flowst. A personal feedback layer.

Flowst is SILT’s multi-agent learning platform in development. It provides a practical setting for exploring how specialized AI roles can coordinate questioning, practice, recall, assessment, and feedback while preserving educator oversight.

Questions we are exploring
  • How can learner context support continuity without retaining unnecessary information?
  • When should one agent hand responsibility to another—or to a teacher?
  • How can feedback help a learner explain and apply an idea independently?

Pebbles. Learning beyond the interface.

Pebbles is SILT’s learning-experience layer, connecting curiosity to social, creative, cultural, physical, and community environments. Sometimes the useful intervention is a project, a place, a person, or a shared experience—not another screen interaction.

Questions we are exploring
  • How can lived experiences make abstract ideas tangible?
  • What kinds of participation strengthen curiosity, confidence, and connection?
  • How can digital support connect to meaningful activity away from a device?

The product does not define the evidence.

Flowst and Pebbles are environments for translating selected questions into practice. Neither is the entirety of SILT’s agenda. Product decisions should follow evidence rather than turn exploratory findings into stronger claims.
